Several Johnston Middle School students were recognized by the Reliant Energy foundation for achievement in Academic Achievement, Most Improved Academic Performance and Outstanding Citizenship. Some students were nominated in more than one area in the 2012 Reliant Student Recognition Program and the nominations were made by either principals or teachers and staff from their school.
