The Johnston Orchestra students participated in Region Auditions along with other schools in Region 23, which includes three of the best orchestras in the state of Texas! These schools are Johnston Middle School (HISD), Beckendorf Jr. High (Katy) and McMeans Jr. High (Katy). Our children are literally competing at the highest level in the state.

There were 26 students from Johnston selected for the Region Orchestra, more than any other school in the district. Congratulations to the students and their teacher, Jose Rocha!
