For the third year, HISD piano teachers will work together to provide their students with an ensemble festival for piano on Saturday, November 12, 2011 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

The festival is sponsored by Allegro Music Company. Every year, the festival has more schools participating and more activities for the students in support of their fine arts piano education. We thank Allegro Music for once again supporting our efforts.

Students will enjoy music games, interactive smart board theory lessons, a media time to inspire students with professional performances, warm-up time, stage practice and a concert to culminate the morning.

Thank you to Mrs. Tina Henry of Allegro Music and to Mr. Walter Smith, HISD Elementary Fine Arts Manager and HISD for supporting our efforts to provide each child with a comprehensive and fun educational experience on November 12, 2011 as the children work together to make beautiful music!
